They will troubleshoot software and hardware problems, answer questions, and resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.  The IT Service Desk Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, and to meet the needs of the company and its customers. This is a full-time position that will work primarily out of our Markham Office, with some necessary travel to a second office in Vaughn. The schedule may include evenings and weekends as necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Provide training and support for end-users on new software and technologies. Stay current with new technologies and updates that would improve the support process. Communicate regularly with the IT team to ensure all IT related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
