POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale, capital-intensive electrical utility projects. Reporting & Communication: Provide executive-ready reports, weekly/monthly project status updates, and performance tracking. Team & Contractor Oversight: Manage internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendor relationships to optimize execution efficiency. Project Close-Out: Oversee final acceptance of deliverables, transfer of ownership, and documentation handover. Travel Up to 25%, depending on project and client needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive projects in the electrical utility industry. Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $10M+ in scope and scale. Experience in at least one of the following focus areas: Transmission line engineering and construction Substation engineering and construction Grid interconnects and system integration FACTS, HVDC, and STATCOM technologies Wildfire mitigation programs for utilities Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) projects Skills & Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK).
