Carl Segneri, Jr., PE, Vice President, is an accomplished electric utility operation executive with a record of performance improvement in utility engineering, operations, and construction. He has demonstrated expertise in performance turnarounds with large change management efforts, external stakeholder relationships, labor relations, merger due diligence, corporate governance, and industry committee leadership. Carl is an effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization. As an Executive Advisor, he works on a broad range of projects to provide grid asset, process, and procedural improvement solutions for the energy industry related to distribution, transmission, and generation.
