Vahraz Zamani

Vahraz Zamani, Senior Engineer, joined Quanta Technology, after finishing his postdoctoral position at UC San Diego. Before starting Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at North Carolina State University, he was engaged in several thermal power plant projects with more than 648 MW capacity, as mission critical facilities. During the PhD, he focused on Distribution Automation area to modernize the power distribution systems at Smart Grid initiative by bringing real-time monitoring and control.
