Jian Lu

Jian Lu, Student Intern, Distribution Planning and Engineering, specilizes in, home energy management, load forecasting, microgrid modeling and control. During his Ph.D, he worked on different projects on impact of PVs on distribution feeders, security constrained optimal power flow, home appliance automation, modeling of microgrid components and optimal dispatches of resources during his studies in FREEDM, NCSU and internship at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
